FireCreek Holiday Sweepstakes: Official Rules
1. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The FireCreek Holiday Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by RPKG Holdings LLC, doing business as FireCreek Snacks, 6299 N. Eagle Road, Suite 1057, Boise ID 83713 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Not open to owners, employees, or contractors of Sponsor, its co-packer, or its agencies, or to members of their immediate families or households.
3. Entry period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 20, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
There are three ways to enter.
A. Purchase entry. Place an order at firecreeksnacks.com during the Entry Period. You receive 1 entry for every $10 spent, calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping. Any order that includes a new customer 4-Piece Sampler Pack earns at least 2 entries. Entries are credited automatically to the email address used at checkout. Purchases on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or any other retailer do not earn entries.
B. Social bonus entry. Post a photo or video featuring a FireCreek product on Instagram or TikTok from a public account. Tag @firecreeksnacks and include #firecreekgiveaway in the caption. Each qualifying post earns 2 entries. Social entrants are identified by their social handle, and a winning social entrant will be contacted by direct message. No purchase is required for social bonus entries.
C. Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to: FireCreek Holiday Sweepstakes, 6299 N. Eagle Road, Suite 1057, Boise ID 83713. Entries must be postmarked by December 20, 2026 and received by December 30, 2026. Each mail-in card receives 1 entry. One card per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. Entry limits and conditions
- Social bonus entries: limit 20 qualifying posts per person.
- Mail-in entries: limit 1 card per person per day.
- Orders cancelled, refunded, or returned before the drawing lose their entries.
- Each entrant is identified by email address, or by social handle for social bonus entries. Use of multiple emails or accounts to exceed limits voids all of that person's entries.
- Posts must be original, must not infringe anyone's rights, and must follow the posting platform's rules. Sponsor may disqualify any post at its discretion.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize: a year's supply of FireCreek Snacks, delivered as one (1) caddy (20 count box) per month for twelve (12) consecutive months, starting January 2027. Flavor selection can be the winner's choice each month or at Sponsor's discretion if preferred by winner. If a selected flavor is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute another flavor.
Prize ships only to an address in the lower 48 United States or DC. Not eligible in Hawaii, Alaska or other territories. No cash substitute or transfer. Approximate retail value of the prize: $527.40 ($43.95 per caddy x 12).
7. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 31, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days. The potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or the prize notice is undeliverable, an alternate winner may be drawn.
8. General terms
Content license. By submitting a post for bonus entries, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to repost, edit, and use the post, with credit to entrant's handle, in Sponsor's marketing and advertising in any media.
Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees Sponsor may use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor's privacy policy at firecreeksnacks.com/policies/privacy-policy. Mail-in and social bonus entrants are not added to marketing emails unless they opt in.
Release. Entrants release Sponsor and the platforms named above from liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures.
Changes. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical problems corrupt its integrity, and may then draw from eligible entries received before the action.
Governing law. Idaho law governs these rules.
Winner list. For the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to FireCreek Snacks, 6299 N. Eagle Road, Suite 1057, Boise ID 83713 by January 31, 2027.
