All four flavors · Zero gluten · No asterisks

Gluten free snacking that doesn't taste like a compromise.

You've done the dance. Read every label twice. Googled ingredients you can't pronounce. Watched someone across the table eat something you used to love and thought,"must be nice."

FireCreek meat sticks are 100% gluten free across every flavor we make. Including our Teriyaki, which, yes, is actually gluten free. No soy sauce with hidden wheat. No "processed in a facility" fine print. Just real meat, clean seasoning, and protein you can eat without a second thought.

Why almost every teriyaki snack is struggling to be gluten free AND taste amazing

The Teriyaki Problem

The dirty secret

Most teriyaki-flavored meat sticks and jerky contain soy sauce. Standard soy sauce is brewed with wheat. That means most "teriyaki" products contain gluten — even when nothing else in the ingredient list raises a flag.

Some brands slap "natural flavors" on the label and hope you don't dig deeper. If you've been gluten free long enough, you've learned not to trust teriyaki anything. We get it.

How we built it

FireCreek Teriyaki is built differently. Ryan, a third generation butcher, has a son with extreme food sensitivities, including gluten, and his goal was to create a great tasting snack that was healthy, which his son could eat without issue. This is a core part of FireCreek Snacks meat sticks.

From day one, every flavor we developed was designed to be gluten free from the ground up — including the one that most brands can't figure out.

Four flavors. All gluten free. No fine print.

Pick any one. Pick all four. You don't have to check the back of the package, cross-reference an app, or text your friend who "knows about this stuff." They're all safe. That's the whole point.

We'll show you ours.

Most brands hide behind "proprietary blends" and "natural flavors." We'd rather just tell you what's in the stick. Here's the full picture.

What's in it

  • Real beef and pork (cuts you'd recognize, from US farms)
  • Gluten free seasonings and spices
  • Spices and flavors as alternative to typical soy sauce based Teriyaki
  • Sea salt, garlic, black pepper, paprika
  • Natural casing

What's never in it

  • Wheat, barley, or rye (in any form)
  • Standard soy sauce
  • Malt extract or malt flavoring
  • MSG, nitrates, or nitrites
  • "Natural flavors" as a catch-all
  • Anything you'd need to Google

We're gluten free, but we're not third-party certified yet — and we want to be upfront about that. What we can tell you: every ingredient we source is verified gluten free, and our process is built to keep it that way. Questions about sourcing, production, or specific allergens? Reach out. We'll answer directly.

For the way you actually live

🧳

Travel without the panic bag

Airport terminals. Road trips. Conference tables where everything has a mystery glaze. A FireCreek stick travels in your bag, doesn't need refrigeration, and takes 30 seconds to verify. One less thing to worry about away from your kitchen.

🚫

The snack that needs no disclaimer

No "made in a shared facility" hedging. No "contains wheat" buried in line 14. No 1-800 number to ask what "natural flavors" actually means. FireCreek is gluten free. Period. End of conversation.

💪

Protein that pulls its weight

7g of protein per stick. 120 calories or less per stick. GF snacks have a reputation for being carb-heavy and nutritionally hollow. FireCreek isn't a rice cracker shaped like a pretzel. It's actual food with actual protein from actual meat.

"I was diagnosed celiac three years ago and I'd completely written off teriyaki anything. Ordered the FireCreek sampler on a whim and actually teared up eating the Teriyaki stick. I forgot what that flavor tasted like without the anxiety."

"I keep three sticks in my work bag at all times. Catered lunches, airport layovers, kids' birthday parties where everything is pizza and cake. It's my safety net. And my coworkers who aren't GF steal them too, which tells you they actually taste good."

★★★★★

"Most gluten free snacks are just sad. Rice puffs, dry crackers, things that taste like the box they came in. FireCreek is the first GF snack I've bought that I'd eat even if I didn't have to avoid gluten. That's the bar, and nothing else clears it."

The questions you're already thinking

Are these certified gluten-free?

Not yet. We don't have third-party GFCO certification at this point. What we do have: every ingredient we use is verified gluten free at the sourcing level, our Teriyaki uses a gluten free soy alternative instead of standard soy sauce, and we're transparent about everything that goes into our sticks (scroll up, we listed it all). Certification is on our radar, but we'd rather be honest about where we are than slap a logo on the package we haven't earned yet.

I have celiac disease. Is this safe for me?

We take this seriously. Our products are made with 100% gluten free ingredients and our Teriyaki specifically avoids standard soy sauce, the most common hidden gluten source in this flavor category. That said, we are not currently third-party certified, and we want you to make the call that's right for your body and your comfort level. Want to know more about our sourcing or production process? Email us and we'll give you specifics. No runaround, no form letter.

What makes the Teriyaki gluten-free when most are not?

Standard teriyaki sauce uses soy sauce, which is typically brewed with wheat. That's why most teriyaki-flavored snacks contain gluten even when the rest of the product is clean. We use a gluten free soy alternative in our Teriyaki seasoning. It's not an afterthought or a reformulation — we built every flavor, including Teriyaki, to be gluten free from day one.

What about cross-contamination?

Our products are made with gluten free ingredients throughout our process. We don't use wheat, barley, rye, or any gluten-containing grains in any of our products. If you have specific questions about our facility or production lines, reach out to us directly and we'll walk you through it. We'd rather over-share than leave you guessing.

How is this different from other "gluten-free" meat sticks?

Most meat sticks that claim gluten free are just... regular meat sticks that happen to not have wheat in them. They're not built for people who actually live gluten free. We are. That means no soy sauce with wheat in the Teriyaki. No malt extract hiding in the seasoning. No "natural flavors" as a catch-all. We designed every flavor for people who read ingredient lists like legal documents, because we know you do.

Do they actually taste good, or is it a "good for being gluten-free"?

We'll let you judge, but here's the tell: most of our customers aren't gluten free. They just like meat sticks. The fact that they're GF is a bonus, not the reason people buy them. When a product is only good "for gluten free," that means it's not actually good. FireCreek is good, period. The GF part is just how it's built.

You've read the labels long enough. This one checks out.
