You've done the dance. Read every label twice. Googled ingredients you can't pronounce. Watched someone across the table eat something you used to love and thought,"must be nice."
FireCreek meat sticks are100% gluten free across every flavor we make.Including our Teriyaki, which, yes, is actually gluten free. No soy sauce with hidden wheat. No "processed in a facility" fine print. Just real meat, clean seasoning, and protein you can eat without a second thought.
Why almost every teriyaki snack is struggling to be gluten free AND taste amazing
The Teriyaki Problem
The dirty secret
Most teriyaki-flavored meat sticks and jerky contain soy sauce. Standard soy sauce is brewed with wheat. That means most "teriyaki" products contain gluten — even when nothing else in the ingredient list raises a flag.
Some brands slap "natural flavors" on the label and hope you don't dig deeper. If you've been gluten free long enough, you've learned not to trust teriyaki anything. We get it.
How we built it
FireCreek Teriyaki is built differently. Ryan, a third generation butcher, has a son with extreme food sensitivities, including gluten, and his goal was to create a great tasting snack that was healthy, which his son could eat without issue. This is a core part of FireCreek Snacks meat sticks.
From day one, every flavor we developed was designed to be gluten free from the ground up — including the one that most brands can't figure out.
Four flavors. All gluten free. No fine print.
Pick any one. Pick all four. You don't have to check the back of the package, cross-reference an app, or text your friend who "knows about this stuff." They're all safe. That's the whole point.
Teriyaki
A little sweet, a little savory, and the one people accidentally eat two of.
Original
The one that started it. Clean beef, simple seasoning, zero apologies.
Sweet Heat BBQ
Smoky barbecue up front, a slow warm heat to finish. The crowd-pleaser.
Kicker
Enough kick to remind your taste buds they still work. Not enough to start a fight with your stomach.
