FireCreek Snacks Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your FireCreek Snacks experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds beyond this window.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • Your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Opened food products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

All returns must be handled through FireCreek Snacks directly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return: 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs directly. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us at cs@firecreeksnacks.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at cs@firecreeksnacks.com and ship the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate after we receive your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift (or was shipped to the gift giver first), a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
